Refund Policy:

Books, music charts, magazines or any other physical product:

You may return an item if you’re not satisfied.

We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for an item returned within 30 days of when you received it. The product must be undamaged and in new condition. The refund will be in the amount of the original price paid for the item excluding shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges will be paid by you the customer.

Return instructions:
• Email StringsService@stringletter.com or call 800-827-6837 to request a refund.
• Customer service will email you a return authorization number and mailing instructions. No refund will be issued if a return authorization doesn’t accompany the returned item.
• Prepare a package to ship back to us that includes a piece of paper with your name, address and return authorization number on it. Please also write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.• Once the Fulfillment Manager receives the returned item your refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Audio or video downloads, eBooks or any other digital product:

You may receive refund for a digital product if you’re not satisfied.
