Q: How can I subscribe or renew to Strings Magazine?
Q: When will I receive my first issue?
A: It will likely take 6-8 weeks to receive your first copy in the mail. For destinations outside of the United States, please allow up to 10 weeks.
We know, it sounds like a long time to wait! When we mail your first issue depends on when you placed your order and where we are in our publishing schedule. We send out each issue at the same time to all active subscribers we have on file for that mail date – this is how we can keep your subscription price affordable and still afford the postage fees ourselves.
Q: How can I access my digital edition of Strings?
A: If you have an active subscription, you can download the current digital edition. Each month, we send an e-mail out to active subscribers with a unique download link. If you haven't received this e-mail, please contact us at StringsService@stringletter.com to make sure your subscription account record is up to date with your e-mail address.

Q: I received a damaged issue of Strings, how can I get a replacement copy?

A: The expiration date of your subscription can be found on the upper right-hand corner of your magazine label.

Q: I'm unhappy with my recent purchase. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes! Here's how.
Books, magazines or any other physical product:
You may return an item if you’re not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for an item returned within 30 days of when you received it. The product must be undamaged and in new condition. The refund will be in the amount of the original price paid for the item excluding shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges will be paid by you, the customer.
- Email StringsService@stringletter.com to request a refund.
- Customer service will email you a return address and authorization number. No refund will be issued if a return authorization doesn’t accompany the returned item.
- Prepare a package to ship back to us that includes a piece of paper with your name, address and return authorization number on it. Please also write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Once the Fulfillment Manager receives the returned item your refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Audio or video downloads, eBooks or any other digital product:
You may receive a refund for a digital product if you’re not satisfied. Please email StringsService@stringletter.com to request a refund.
