Holiday Hours Information

Our office will be closed December 21st through December 29th, 2019 for a holiday break. We will also be closed on January 1st, 2020.

We are looking forward to having this time off to relax, be with our loved ones, and make music! But, we understand that you may need help with your subscription or purchase during this time and want to be sure we don't leave you hanging.

So, here's what you need to know:

Any order of a physical product placed after December 19th will not be shipped until the new year. We package and mail every order we receive by hand, in the order that we receive them.

Any order of a digital product will be fulfilled automatically by email at the time of purchase. The email with your unique download link will have a sending address of notifications@fetchapp.com. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not immediately see this email in your inbox. Please do not write to this address as it is not monitored. 

Subscription fulfillment will not be impacted by the holiday closure and follows our normal bi-monthly publishing schedule. The latest issue of Strings magazine, Jan/Feb 2020, is about to be mailed to subscribers. If you had an active subscription or placed a new subscription order as of December 20th, you will receive a copy of the Jan/Feb 2020 issue. If you ordered after that date, your subscription will begin with the Mar/Apr 2020 issue of the magazine, which is shipped in February.
