COVID-19 & Your Order

As of March 16, 2020, staff at Stringletter Media are working from home.

This means that if you contact Strings for customer support, we will receive and respond to your message as usual.

Shipment schedules for magazine subscriptions remain unchanged.

​Orders of digital products - magazine PDFs, video downloads, etc - will continue to be fulfilled instantly by email.

If you ordered a physical product from us - a book, back issue of the magazine, or accessory - we cannot ship your order at this time. Our office is based in Richmond, California and is following local shelter-in-place guidelines, which means we cannot leave our homes to come into the office to pack and ship your order. 

We have marked all our physical inventory as out-of-stock in our store to prevent back orders and encourage you to consider purchasing the digital edition of any magazine or book you're interested in!
